This Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed to help you to optimise processes, reduce costs and improve quality.

Understand the concepts, tools and principles of Lean Six Sigma.
Practically learn the key tools needed to solve business problems.
Learn implementation techniques to integrate lean into a company’s management system.
Identify areas for reviewing, evaluating and improving.
Learn to deliver an effective continuous improvement program and reduce waste and variation in business.

Certification:

After successfully completing the course and assessments, you will be awarded with you will achieve 2 certifications: DCM Learning Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a QQI Level 5 Certificate in Lean Manufacturing Tools.
