Overview
This practical course enables you to overcome barriers to effectively and confidently deliver high impact training. This course provides guidance on the effective planning and delivery of training in the office, shop floor, retail, factory, hotel, laboratory or other areas including beauty, hairdressing, health and safety. We have had people from all areas attend this course.
Programme Description
Explore the elements which impact on the effectiveness of a training session to include the learning environment.
Demonstrate an awareness of a range of topics, including Equality, Diversity and Disability in the context of current legislation. Introduction to the Training Cycle and understood the importance of Training.
